Provide courteous, friendly and prompt service in dealing games for all players. Cage Cashier/Senior Cage CashierShift Available: 1 for Graveyard This position is responsible for providing truly 'legendary' guest service to every guest every time. You are expected to promote guest awareness of the Player's Club Loyalty Program. You will cash checks, process credit card advances, and convert coins, tokens, markers, and gaming checks into currency for gaming guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on a shift basis. 2. Provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests. 3. Cashes checks, credit card advances and converts gaming checks, tokens, markers, and coin for gaming guests. 4. Promotes guest awareness of Fitzgeralds Player's Club Loyalty Program. 5. PBX/Reservations OperatorShift Available: 2, 1 Day and 1 Swing Shift SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE: Ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of legendary guest service is paramount. The PBX Operator runs the switchboard providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Responsible for routing all calls presented to the console and directs each call to the appropriate party. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides legendary guest service by responding to internal and external calls in a timely manner, able to answer questions about Fitzgeralds property events and promotions, services, restaurant hours of operation and cost, as well as being in the know regarding entertainment at Fitzgeralds. Ability to direct calls to the appropriate department or employee for handling. Maintains resiliency and professionalism when dealing with difficult guests in all types of business and/or emergency situations as well as the ability work harmoniously with co-workers. 2. Monitors security calls in order to quickly contact, and provide accurate information to appropriate authorities during emergencies. 3. Provides coordination assistance with Public Safety/Security for property emergency situations by in order to ensure Fitzgeralds provides comfort, information and assurance to our guests and employees. 4. Responsible for guest wake up calls for Fitzgeralds hotel guests to ensure prompt, accurate and professional service to our customers. 5.
